I was wondering why recent releases from LOL have been higher resolution and lower file size, but I didn't even think to check the container, seeing as how it was a trusted source.

I just find it pretty hilarious how mad people are.

x264 is better than Xvid. I don't know how retarded you have to be to prefer xvid.

“LOL, why are all your new uploads MP4 format? How do we get hold of you? We need the AVI format back, really frustrating as most DVD players don’t play MP4 format which means we are back to converting format to AVI – how 3rd world LOL,” begins one user on popular torrent site EZTV.

“Hi there, I agree too please can you revert back to AVI as most DVD players cannot recognize MP4 format and this means I need to do conversion to AVI all the time for my grand mother and its quite painful,” says another.

Wait, so people really burn things after they download them to watch them on a DVD player? How 3rd world

About fucking time. I already had a rant about why a 10 year old codec was still the standard for SD content, when h.264 at 700-800mb looks WAY better than 700mb with Xvid. And 700mb? Seriously? So I can put my movie on a CD-R? 800MB h.264 looks near DVD quality for an hour and a half movie....
